During this one-hour Intro to meditation session; we will explore a little bit about what meditation is; what is isn’t, and why we want to bring a meditation practice into our life.

We’ll talk about how stress affects our physical well-being and how meditation can be an antidote to stress.

We’ll teach you a silent mantra breathing meditation technique and guide you through how to use a mantra, what a mantra is, why it is useful…and then we’ll spend some time meditating together.

The intention and outcome of this Intro to meditation is by the end of this hour; you will have a good understanding of meditation and how to integrate it into your daily life.
