The Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle Program will teach you to bring balance and healing into your life.
You will learn a powerful regimen of Ayurvedic practices designed to balance the body and mind, enhance nutrition, reduce emotional turbulence, and re-awaken the senses.
When our bodies and minds are in balance, we can make nourishing choices, achieve healing and experience the change we seek.
This program will help you identify the imbalances in your life, teach you how to correct them, and help you develop a nurturing daily routine.
Most important, as your stress is eliminated, your mind and body begin to function with maximum effectiveness, creating health, vitality and happiness.
By practicing the techniques learned in this program you will be able to:

This program takes place in four meetings a total of 6 hours.
1st meeting (1.5 hours): Intro to Ayurveda, Dosha’s and body intelligence techniques
2nd meeting (1.5 hours): Rhythms of Nature, Restful Sleep, Biological responses and emotional clearing.
3rd meeting (1.5 hours): Healing through the senses, Self care, Enlivening health through attention, light yoga and Despacho ceremony.
4th meeting (1.5 hours): Discuss Perfect Health experience and what has come up during the program.
